About
Barre is a challenging workout that combines dynamic and isometric movement. This combination is designed to develop endurance, whilst lengthening & strengthening our muscles.
Whilst we don’t have a bar in the community centre, we get creative with the space & integrate various props including light weights, pilates balls and resistance bands.

Ella’s class is amazing, she has a way of working us really hard so that you know you are building strength as well as balance and core strength too. She is a great teacher and she obviously puts in a lot of work to the class structures. They are always different and so never get dull.

Fantastic class. Challenging without being too difficult. Ella is brilliant teacher, very uplifting. Think I can feel a difference in strength and balance already (about 6 weeks).
